I specialize in representing my clients (both buyers and sellers) in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and am knowledgeable with the local schools. My responsibilities include a wide variety of services too numerous to list all inclusively, so I will highlight a few: writing ads, maintaining web sites, making appointments and showing properties, executing legal paperwork for buying and selling real estate, helping with moving arrangements and utility hookups, listening and maintaining relationships and follow up after the sale.
